Mint Letting

Mint Letting is a Hertfordshire based letting agent. They required a complete website built from the ground up.

The aim of the site was to allow prospective tenants to search for properties by area or price, and to provide information to potential customers. We built the site from scratch, creating an initial design with Adobe Photoshop which was quickly approved by the client. Once approved, we converted the design into an empty shell of a website, into which content could be added.

While Mint Letting worked on the text for the site, we built the backend using PHP with a MySQL database. An important requirement was that Mint Letting have a secure admin section, through which they would be able to manage the properties listed on the website, so we started writing this too.

As always, we made sure all of our code was well written and conformed to the standards set by the W3C for maximum accessilbilty. The site can be seen live at www.mint-letting.co.uk.
